Missing Items from My Order:

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact Dollslover Customer Care via email. Our customer service team will typically respond within 24 hours to assist you and provide the return address.
• Refund Process: Once we receive the returned package, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that any return shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
