Can I cancel my order?
DL ships most orders the same day, so cancellations and modifications are not possible after order confirmation. However, we offer a 7-day return service. You can refuse the package or return your order for a refund after receiving it.

Dollslover will only issue a full refund for damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items, other situations will not be part of our return policy.
