DL ships most orders the same day, so cancellations and modifications are not possible after order confirmation. However, we offer a 7-day return service. You can refuse the package or return your order for a refund after receiving it.
If you placed your order but didn’t get an email confirmation that the order was placed, don't worry! You may still have an order, you'll just want to try the following to double check.
Check your spam folder. Our email confirmations can sometimes end up in there.
If you signed in through Facebook or Gmail, check the email linked with that.
Go to "My Orders" and you'll be able to see all the order's you've placed and should be able to see the status of your order.
Check your bank account to make sure that there is a transaction from Dollslover.
If you still can't find any confirmation that your order was placed, definitely Contact Us with your full name, email, phone number, and the address you gave at checkout so we can try to locate it.
No, you don't need to register with DOLLSLOVER to place orders.
You can fill in the necessary information when checking out as a guest. But you will not be able to check the order status or order history without registering.

Special Notes for Europe & UK:
For Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, and Malta, there is a weight limit of 30 kg, and an additional shipping fee of $80 applies.
Special Notes for Shipping to Turkey:
Shipments can be sent from our European warehouse to Turkey with a delivery time of 15-30 days, also limited to 30 kg. An additional shipping fee of $80 applies, and buyers are responsible for customs clearance.

We can ship to all regions in the USA.
